At CraxyFlex, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-refundable items:

  • Products marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items not due to our fault
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following guidelines:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, CraxyFlex will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Return Process:

  1. Email our support team with your order details.
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the provided address.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
